Green Mountain is now doing online registration for all sports. We have eliminated all hard copy registration forms from availability here at school and on our website.
Winter registration will be open on October 15th and the deadline is November 5th. Also, CHSAA has created a new online system that is required of ALL Colorado athletes. Once you have completed our online registration each athlete is required to setup their Arbiter Athlete account.
The Physical is required when you register because they must be uploaded and you will not be able to complete your registration.
Transfer and Foreign Exchange students must complete their forms through Arbiter Athlete. Please contact the athletic office for assistance.
All non attending, and dual sport forms must be filled out and turned in to the athletic office.
For questions please contact: Autumn Sereno Assistant Principal/Athletic Director 303-982-9519
Here is the PHYSICAL FORM you will need when you go to the doctor.
Here are a couple of options in obtaining a physical:
AFC Urgent Care Fundraiser
GMHS Athletics receives $5 back from each physical done at AFC using this form.
You can also use a document from the doctor's office. It must be signed, dated, and states that the athlete is cleared to participate in athletics.
Winter registration opens on October 15th and closes on November 5th.
Physicals are required when registering and must be uploaded in order to complete the online registration. Unfortunately, If you have uploaded your physical for a Fall sport you will still be required to upload the physical when registering for a Winter sport.. Winter season practices/try-outs start on November 12th. If you have questions regarding a specific sport please contact the coach directly. Contact information is listed on their websites. Also, CHSAA requires each athlete to register at arbiterathlete.com (if not already done for a Fall sport) in order to participate. This must be completed in order to tryout.
Winter Season Meeting
November 15, 2018
The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with important information from the athletic office in regard to CHSAA By-Law updates, district athletic information, eligibility, communication, and expectations. Many times, this information is mis-interpreted, so I take this time to explain further. After my part, you will meet with your coach in a classroom to go over specific information for the program your child is participating in.
